  Ricky's was recommended by a friend. First and last time I order from here. It took nearly 2 hours for delivery on a Wednesday night. Pizza arrived, it was over cooked, ice cold, i ordered sausage, onions, green peppers on half. I was charged 2.95 per ingredient only to have them on 1/3 of the pizza.
  Had I known it would take 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered at 730 pm I would have gone elsewhere.
  I just loved paying $60 for food I need to reheat in the microwave right after it was delivered.
  I ordered online through the Slive app. After I finally got it to take my order I received an email 30 minutes later telling me my food would arrive in 30-45 minutes.
  An hour and 20 minures later I called the store. I was told " they always tell people that but it always takes 60-90 minutes for delivery." Wow! Do I have to order on Friday to get a pizza on Saturday? I always enjoy being talked to as an idiot because I didnt know I had to wait 2 hours for cold overcooked pizza which is also missing a third of the ingredients you were charged for.
  Horrible service, horrible customer service, mediocre food. Next time I will save $50 and buy frozen pizzas. They couldnt be any worse.

  I've ordered from this place a handful of times thinking my experience will be better than the last. What a mistake. Tonight I ordered a Margherita Pizza and at the 1.5 hour mark of waiting, I called them to see what was taking so long. The girl who answered stumbled around and basically said the order didn't print and the order was voided (due to her numerical error of entering my credit card number incorrectly). If I was this establishment, I would think hmmm....I should call them and correct the issue to get my customer their food they ordered. She then comes back to the phone after talking the manage who most likely prompted her to say oh we're waiting on the pizza to finish cooking. I asked her if it always takes this long to cook that certain Pizza and she replied yes it does. She blatantly lied to me and I know this because I have ordered this exact Pizza before from them and it didn't take 2 hours to cook and deliver it. Neither she or the manager offered an apology or even a thought about a discount of any sort. This is not my first experience of this sort with them. You have been warned. Perhaps I'll be more wise and order from Aurelio's, Maciano's, Lou Malnati's, or Franco's next time.

  Just an awful place. Ordered food one night and they delivered an entirely wrong pizza. We told them about it and they were going to send us another and asked us to just "tip the delivery driver again". So we did and we got ANOTHER WRONG PIZZA. Called again and they said sorry we'll send you another with a free slice of cake. Almost 3 hours later and we got 1 slice of cake after all the trouble. I've tried pickup before and they tell me 30 minutes by then I have to wait an additional 15+ minutes after I come at the recommended time. Tried Ordering another time to get just the sub sandwich, but they told me no because they didn't have the bread. A week later I called at 3:45 (didn't know they opened at 4) and someone rudely picked up the phone and said "were not open yet" and hung up before I could ask when they do open. Just pure crap and nothing like their Romeoville store.

  You only get two stars for presentation and timelines. Other than that, I'm pretty sure the crust isn't supposed to taste the same as the box. By far the worst crust on a pizza I've ever had!! Not having my business again.
